長野二日目は生憎の雨。
女神湖の散策を諦めて、峠越えで伊那市へ。
お目当ては壱刻さんの高遠蕎麦。
途中ますたにさんは既に長蛇の列、駐車場もパンパン。
あれあれ、壱刻さんの前には誰も並んでない、ラッキーと思いきや入口に貼り紙が。
店主体調不良のためお休み、ショック！！
前置きが長くなりましたが、たどり着いたのがこちらのお店。
日曜のお昼だというのにお店は繁盛している様子もなく、一抹の不安が。
他のお客さんも全員が高遠蕎麦目当ての観光客。
でも何か活気がないんです。
名物高遠蕎麦を食べて、感動や称賛の声が聞こえてこない。
手打ちの蕎麦は決して美味しくない訳じゃない。
他のお店が古民家や料亭風の建屋で、ムードのあるBGMを流し、拘りの食材を一つ一つ説明してくれる。
一口食べただけで地元の蕎麦とは一味ちがうと感じられる、そんな差別化が必要なんでしょうね。
