出張の帰り、時間がなくとりあえずJR伊那市駅前のこのお店に飛び込みました。見た目から由緒ありげでした。
「伊奈名物はなんなん？」お店の方が自信をもっておススメしてくれたのがこれです。
とりあえず家に帰ってからいただきました。
説明も何も読んでいなかったので、「饅頭のようなもの」と勝手に思い込んでいたのですが、、、口に入れてみると、「ナニコレ？」といった感じです。
卵白でしょうか、口の中で饅頭？の中身が蕩けます、しかもこの口当たりの良さ！見た目は完全に和菓子なのに、これは洋菓子のエッセンスも濃厚に含まれているお土産品です。
蕩ける卵白も自然体の味、ほとんど味はありません。それを表面のチョコ？が上手にコーティングしており、まったくしつこくない、上品な味わいを提供してくれます。
食感と言い、上品な味と言い、こんな田舎（失礼！）で出会えるとは思いませんでした。
意外性に感謝するとともに、伊那市が忘れらくなりそうなオシャレなお土産でした。
