昔は、食堂と喫茶店やってたんだって・・
店前の黒板に書いてある。
人気な
伊那名菓 昭和３０年代に売り出したそう。
伊那のまゆ・・
ずっと繭玉（まゆだま）だと、勝手に思っていた。

ふんわりした薄い・・パリパリしてる中にホイップクリーム。
サクッとしてるんです。
現代ふうのお菓子ですよね。
あんまり日持ちしなさそうだけど
冷蔵庫に入れとくと・・
まあまあ持ちます。
美味しいよ。
