前からあるお鮨屋さんだが三代目が蕎麦屋で修業され
後を継いだらしい（最近広告に記載された）お店を訪問した
狐火の看板（新しい店名？ここの地名は狐島です）
店内は清潔感がありわりと新しい
4人掛けのテーブル席に着くと直ぐにお茶と前菜の提供（いい味だ）
接客は奥さん？お母さん？聞くわけにもいかない
注文 目に付いた お蕎麦と寿司5貫セットX2
他にも色々の組み合わせができるらしい
今日は珍しく妻が生ビールを飲まないと言うので、私が飲む事に
生ビールが飲み終わるころ寿司5貫が運ばれてきた
酢飯はほんのり温かい、ネタもよく、握りもよくて美味しい
お蕎麦も本格手打ちで、蕎麦つゆもしょっぱ過ぎず私好み
ただ、おしぼりとそば湯があっても良いかもしれません
そのうちに改善されることでしょう
三代目はまだ若そうでしたが頑張って下さい
私好みで通いたくなるお店が近くに出来て嬉しいです。
