7月下旬の暑い土曜日の昼時に妻と利用しました。
コチラのお店は先日訪れた木曽へ向かう途中で見つけ、気になっていたお店である。
今回は妻・自分共に「十割ざるそば(大盛り)¥1,800」を注文してみた。
15分程の待ち時間を経て登場した十割ざるそばは二枚盛りだそうで、
二枚目は食した頃合いを見て持ってきて頂けるそうだ。
では、お手合わせといこう！
挽きぐるみの十割ざるそばは香りが豊かで、そのまま・山葵・大根おろしを順に蕎麦に塗して
食せば風味を楽しめるゾ！
一枚目は美味すぎ注意報が発令され、蕎麦汁を使うのを忘れてしまった。
二枚目は鹿児島県産のカツオ節をベースにした薄口の蕎麦汁に浸して食べたが、
やはり蕎麦汁は不要なほどの蕎麦の旨さであった。
先日の梅庵・もももと肩を並べる旨い蕎麦でした！
