坦々麺大辛をいただきました。
どんぶりが来た途端にゴマの良い香りがする。
大辛ということだが、私には普通の辛さに思えました。
ラー油がたっぷり浮かんでいるので赤味とゴマスープのオレンジが美しい。
スープもとても美味しいので、麺が普通なのが残念。。
後、湯切りをもっとしっかりした方が良いと思います。
麺の周りに湯が残っていて、スープと絡んでいない感じがします。
