伊那に仕事で行った際にランチを考え、無難に大石家に向かおうと思ったが、道沿いに気になる担々麺の看板が。
気になったので入ることにした。
店内は今風のラーメン屋ではなく、田舎のラーメン屋といった感じ。
チャーシュー麺とギョーザを注文しようとしたが、ギョーザは今日は作ってませんと、水餃子があると言うのでそちらを注文。
10分ほどするとラーメンが運ばれてくる。
着丼後、すぐに強い豚骨臭が。かなり強い。
慣れてない人にはかなり堪らない臭みだろう。
スープは豚骨醤油。塩っ気がかなり強いが、まあまあの味。チャーシューもオーソドックスなチャーシューでまずまず。
突然の飛び込みで外すのではないかと心配したが、普通に食べれるラーメン。
水餃子はかなりNGで、ラーメンのスープがかなりしょっぱい。それを除けば田舎のラーメン屋としては及第点なのかな？
