場所は茅野から伊那に抜ける山道にあり、のどかな景色に囲まれた集落にあった。
手前のそば屋は翌月オープンとの事で閉まっており、ガッカリしながら車を走らせる。
もう少し行くと戦国マニアにはたまらない高遠城があり、春には桜の名所となる所だ。
辰野駅近くにある、そば処さくらと名前が似てたので姉妹店かな？と思いつつ、
時間も無いのでぶらりと立ち寄ってみる。
メニューを開くとあら不思議、ほとんど千円超え！
場所柄、低価格を期待していたのだが、あっさり裏切られた気分。
しかし前述の通り時間が無い、諦めてメニューを確認すると、どれも殆ど金額に差が無い事に気づく。
「紅さくら御膳」が程々の金額な為、思い切って注文してみた。
高いそばだなと思いつつ、待つことしばし。
うーん、中々出て来ない。
おっと、やっと来た。
と、お膳を見てビックリ。
おいおい、写真に写り切っていない小鉢さんがお盆の上にたくさん載ってますよ。
待て待て、間違えたかと思いメニューを二度見する。
そして店員に確認する、やっぱり間違えていない。
そば本体に五平餅や山菜の和え物、ゼリーみたい何か、昆布切り、天ぷら小鉢、
魚の揚げ物、ビワ？あんず？のデザート、（中身忘れたお椀、確か鶏肉料理だった気がする）。
いやいや、高いとは思ったけど、こんなに付いて来るとは思わなかったぞ。
まさに御膳。これ、都内で食ったら倍はする。
いや、何すか、お値段以上じゃないですか。
しかも、どれもこれも美味しいときたら、ホクホク気分になるでしょう。
次回は桜のシーズンに立ち寄りたいと思いました。
ついしん、デザートは真ん中に種があるので気を付けましょう。
