A shop run by a woman who loves bikes, fishing, and nature

Takato soba is eaten in a unique way, with soba sauce mixed with roasted miso. Miso has a sour taste and is unique to this region. The horse sashimi set meal comes in two varieties: one with chopped garlic, which is like tataki, and one with ginger soy sauce.
