伊那での連食２軒目。
なかなか敷居の高そうな店構えのこちら。
緊張しながら入店。写真撮影のルール等なかなか格式高い雰囲気。
店内の券売機で食券購入。
厨房内はかなり整理整頓されていてこだわりを感じた。
しばらくして着丼。熱々な丼が嬉しい。
スープはあっさりながらも旨味あり。麺の喉ごしも良い。
うまかった。
