飯田を代表するラーメン店。 |
以前、新京亭さんで頂いた中華そばの独特な
麺の食感が凄く気に入ってその際此方の事も
知りました。創業は上海楼さんの方が早くて
新京亭さんの方が少し遅い様ですが姉妹店の
様でＢＭさせて頂いておりました。
いつ伺うかだけの事でしたがこの日その日が
やって参りました。昼食を済ませておかない
ともう食べる時間は無いと考え先に此方へと。
至近距離にある２時間まで無料の有料駐車場
に停めて店舗前へ。既に７名程の並び急いで
その列に加わり５分程待って開店。１組ずつ
丁寧に案内されて行きます。単独訪問なので
カウンター席へと。決めていたチャーシュー
に生卵をお願い。
■チャーシューメン並 + 生卵
ワタクシが間違っていたならお恥ずかしい話
ですが新京亭さんの麺とは食感が違ったので
此処だけのオンリー１を感じられなかったと
いうのが正直なところ。味に大きく差を感じ
る事はなかったのですが食感がね。量も味も
どちらも満足ですが麺の食感が物足りない。
総じて、
麺は同じなのだろうか？食感は大きく違って
いた様に感じましたがどうでしょうか・・・
もう１度新京亭さんに伺って是非違いを実感
したいかなと。チャーシューは脂身をカット
した様な感じなので敢えてチャーシュー麺を
お願いする必要性を感じないかなと硬いしね。
