Remarks |
This restaurant specializes in Grilled skewer black chicken skewers and also has a wide selection of Japanese sake. |
Nov 2010 Today, I had a party with my close friends. Everyone ordered the usual Creative Cuisine, but since it's getting cold, I ordered oden. It was quite good. The characteristic of Iida's oden is that it is eaten with green onion sauce. It's perfect for cold days. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Nov 2009This is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can eat Creative Cuisine. We visited with about six people. It's a restaurant for young people, but the interior is calm and stylish. It's a small restaurant with two counters, two boxes, and two tables with cushions spread between the wooden floors. The drinks are mainly beer, sake, and potato and barley shochu. The appetizers that were brought with the first beer were well prepared and I was impressed. There is a brand of pork called Chiyogenton in this area, which has been used as an ingredient for Pork Cutlet at [a:13004791,Butagumi] in Nishiazabu. The restaurant has a menu of dishes using Chiyogenbuta pork and local chicken, and you can really feel the individuality of the restaurant. The fried pork was particularly delicious. The deep-fried pork was topped with a sweet and sour sauce, and it tasted like savory rafute, so it became one of my favorites. The other dishes were also delicious for the price. The staff were all young and cheerful, which made for a great atmosphere. Good sake and good food. As was the case at [a:13003607, Shinsuke] in Yushima, when these two come together, it makes for a fun party. The food was a little less tasty than Shinsuke, but the cost was less than half. This time I enjoyed the sweet potato shochu, but next time I'd like to try it with sake.
