ホテルのフロントで飯田市で何か面白そうな食べ物屋さんはと聞いたら、〆清でおたぐりを食べよ！という指令が出ました。
よくわからずに注文しました。笑笑
馬の腸を炊いたものです。モツ煮ですね。
馬刺しとおでんも注文したのですが、こちらの地域は、普通の豆腐もおでんタネになるんだね。
お気に入りは焼酎の出し方です。ロックで頼んだのですが、キの焼酎をグラスになみなみ注いで、ロックグラスと別々に出してくれました。お得感があります。
僕のような呑助には、嬉しいお店です。
