長野県出張。
お昼に訪問、前々から行きたかったお店に行きました。
店内は昭和時代の映画ポスターやグッズで囲まれていて懐かしい雰囲気です。
この日は地元の常連さんや県外のお客さんで大変混雑していました。
人気のあるお店のようです。
そしてメニューをオーダー、大変混雑していましたが30分位で着丼です。
★ネギ盛りソースカツ丼1170円+ライス大盛り150円
大きなお皿にネギが富士山盛りに盛られて迫力あります。
ネギは京都九条ネギとの事で甘味があり生ネギの臭みも無く100g位有った感じで
ソースを潜らせたカツとの相性抜群で
ネギ盛りメニューのカツは薄いカツになり1枚60g位の物が3枚乗り、
逆に薄いカツなので火がよく通り衣はサクッと肉は柔らかで大盛りライスが進みます。
(＋料金で厚いカツにも出来ます)
ライス大盛りは700g位あった感じですが美味しいのでペロリと完食できます。
(総重量は味噌汁も含めて1kg位あった感じです)
今まで食べたソースカツ丼の中では上位の美味しさで
近所に欲しいお店です。
他にも気になるメニューが沢山ありました。
機会があったらカツ＆穴子フライ丼をネギ盛り＋ライス大盛りで食べてみたいですね。
