先日は秋の訪れ、ということで皆で此方へふらりと。
わざわざ送迎までして頂きありがとうございました。
まだ10月の中旬だというのに場所柄、尋常じゃないほど寒く
早く温泉に入りたい気持ちに駆られながらも
毎年恒例の地松茸フルコースをいただく。
まず地の採れたてということもあり全体的に新鮮。
変な臭みもなくジューシーで味わい深く、
中には脳天まで突き抜けるような旨味のものにも出会えた。
特に焼き松茸炭火ではないにしろ
旨味をしっかり残していつつ柔らかな繊維も残っており
食べ応えに富んでいて、旬の瞬間を楽しめる良い機会。
この後は佐和屋さんで温泉に入ったり
地ビールを楽しんだりしながらのんびりと過ごす。
