さすがに夏場は、出来上がったおかずが並べてあるのでちょっと心配で、少し足が遠退いていましたが、
涼しくなったこれからの季節には安心です。
秋メニューに変わっており、どれも食欲が湧いてきそうなおかずだらけでした。
やはり定番のさんまの塩焼きは外せないおかずです。
その他いろいろとトレーに乗せ会計ですが、味噌汁の代わりにうどんがいつもの定番です。
それをそのまま食べる客、パックに詰めてすぐに持ち帰る客、いろんな客がいて見てるとおもしろいです。
無料のお茶を何杯も飲む客や、それをごはんに掛けて食べる客など参考になりますね。
これから冬に向けてはどんなメニューが出てくるのか、今から楽しみにしています。
