野菜不足が気になる今日この頃、野菜摂取のために友人とランチにいきました。
季節ごとでしょうか、毎回メニューが変わっているのでそれも楽しみの一つです^^
この日はテッシンランチの、子羊のトマト煮込みを選びました。これに生野菜と、パン、ご飯のバイキング、ドリンクがついて1200円程です。
生野菜には自家製のりんごドレッシングをかけて、大好きな蕪をポリポリたべます。パンも毎回変わってて、大好きです。
メインは羊のクセも気にならなくとっても美味しくいただきました。
野菜を沢山食べて、お腹いっぱいになります。
野菜がメインなので女性ウケがいいかもしれませんね。また再訪問します。
