自然の中のそば処
山と川、木々に囲まれ、時代を感じさせる佇まい、のんび荘。 自然の中で、季節を、石挽き手打ちそば、手作り料理を、皆様に心行くまで堪能していただけたらと思っております。 |
中央道で長野までお出かけ、渋滞でベースが遅くなったため飯田ＩＣでおりるとＢＭしていたのんび荘へ向かいました。
ダムの少し下流でロッジみたいな外観です。近くに公園があるためかなかなかの盛況、ミニソースかつ丼とそばのセット、そばは大盛りでお願いしました。
最初に来たそばは連れの普通サイズのそばより明らかに小さい？？ 伸びないように2回に分けて出してくれるんですねー 細打ちでコシがあります。つゆもかなり濃いめで好印象、水が美味しいですね。カツ丼は味噌汁をともなって登場しましたが脂も美味しい豚肉、甘めのさらりとしたソース味噌汁もおいしい。
店内は外観通りのレトロさ加減でお店の人の対応も良しとわざわざ寄り道した甲斐がありました。
