自然の中のそば処
山と川、木々に囲まれ、時代を感じさせる佇まい、のんび荘。 自然の中で、季節を、石挽き手打ちそば、手作り料理を、皆様に心行くまで堪能していただけたらと思っております。 |
すぐ横に川が流れる自然あふれる場所に宿と蕎麦屋を営むのんび荘に伺いました。
いく道の途中は狭く、少し不安になりましたが、着いてみると絶好のロケーションにとてもテンションが上がりました。
すぐ横の池の水がすごく綺麗で驚きました。
いただいたもの
・五平餅、玉子焼、豆腐、天ぷら、そばセット ¥2,350
・幻豚半かつ丼、そばセット ¥1,650
どれも自然な素材を使って自家製で作ったものばかりで、フルセットを注文しました。まずはお豆腐。黒豆を使っているらしく、珍しい色合い。岩塩でいただけるとても美味しいお豆腐でした。
続いて、平飼いたまごを使った玉子焼。出汁が効いていてふわふわで、とても美味しい玉子焼でした。
続いて、天ぷら。今回は通常のものではなく、春の山菜セットにしてもらいました。こごみやこしあぶら、せりなど普段はあまり見かけないものも多く、大変美味しくいただきました。
そして、ざる蕎麦、半カツ丼、五平餅が運ばれてきました。
お蕎麦はツルツルで大変美味しかったです。
料理を一品ずつ運んでくださるので、まるでコースをいただいているように楽しめました。
飯田に来た際はぜひまた訪れたいです。
