友人からの長野県土産です。
事前に鹿大丈夫？と聞かれていて
何の大丈夫かと思ったら
食べられるかと言うことでした(笑)
鹿肉カレーです。
信州特産のキノコもごろごろと入っています。
何度か全国ベストテンにも
選ばれたそうです。
くさみはほぼなく
キノコの食感もよい美味しいカレーです。
こちらの肉のスズキヤは
ジンギスカンをはじめ
野生食肉(鹿・猪・熊肉)や
ヤギ肉・ウサギ肉など
幅広く取り扱っています。
他のものも気になりますね。
