『秋葉路』 ＝大鹿銘菓「御塩もなか」製造元＝ |
●大鹿村に位置する標高1741m大西山大崩壊は、昭和36年の台風による豪雨の際に発生。
大西山山腹斜面が大音響とともに、高さ約450m、幅約500mに渡って崩壊し、約320万立方メートル(東京ドーム2.5杯分)もの土砂が麓の集落等を襲い、39戸の家屋を破壊、42名の尊い命を瞬時に奪い去った。
その後、林野庁によって治山工事が開始されたが、工事中ににも崩落があり犠牲者が増えた。
崩落から50年以上が経過した今日も、生々しい崩落の痕跡が大きく残っている。
●この崩落地を遠目に望める観光物産センターに小さな軽食堂がある。
席の配置は、4人掛けテーブルが3卓、2人掛けテーブルが1卓、奥の小上がりに4人用テーブル2卓がある。
＜料理・味＞
●食事は、天ぷらそば(山菜入り)と天ぷらうどん(山菜入り)が各640円(税込、以下同様)。
焼きおにぎりが二個で320円、五平餅４本で550円。
●ソフトクリームの種類は豊富で、りんご、さくら、みかん、ベリーミックス等10種類。
どれも340円である。
●その他、コーヒーがもなか付きで460円。
＜雰囲気＞
●店の敷地は、天竜川の支流の一つ小渋川と国道152号線(秋葉街道)にはさまれた土地。
周辺には農地となっている。
小渋川の先は山地が連なり、大西山とその斜面を大きくえぐった崩落跡が印象的だ。
●敷地内には、大鹿村観光協会の施設が隣接していて、村の観光情報をくまなく手に入れられる。
●施設内は、入口付近に土産物店があり、鹿肉や猪肉、イナゴの佃煮、蜂の子など珍しい食材が売っている。
食堂は左奥に配置されていて、2面がガラス窓となっていて明るい。
