銀座と言っても飯田市の銀座です。鉄板焼きステーキとハンバーグのお店で、ランチは専らハンバーグが主役、今回はフレッシュラム肉ハンバーグなるを食すべく訪問、ラムハンバーグと思って訪問したところ、信州プレミアム和牛「こうちゃん牛」を使った牛肉ハンバーグも普通にラインナップされており迷ったのですが、他店ではなかなか食べられなそうなのでラムハンバーグをチョイス、単品で180g：1,080、270g：1,630円、360g：2,080円と言う値段です。
初めてだったので180g：1,080円、これにトッピングで厚切りベーコン：240円、ライス：110円を注文。注文受けてから鉄板で焼き上げるとのがここんちの特長とか、ほどなくハンバーグが登場、厚切りベーコンをどけてまずはハンバーグ、ナイフを入れるときれいなピンクの肉、しっとりジューシーで牛肉とはまた違った魅力があります。醤油ベースの特製ソースも美味でちょっとライスにたらして食べると良し、180gならペロリでした。昼からパワーつけるには最適ですね。
