飯田のとんかつのお店「３びきのこぶた本店」の支店で 産業振興と人材育成の拠点（エス・バード）のB棟 1階にあるお店～☆ JOTX-DTV テレ東で放送されてた「三匹のおっさん」ならぬの ～ 「３びきのこぶた 座光寺店」さん～☆
過日のお昼に突撃です～☆
信州飯田名物「幻豚」を使われてるメニューが組み込まれたお店です～☆（ 幻豚は希少豚「中ヨークシャー種」の持ち味を厳選し、三元交配した豚で ハヤシファームさんで養豚されたお肉をこちらで使ってるようですね～☆ ）
昼の遅めの時間だった為か店内はそれ程混んでない感じでした～☆
席にINして メニューを眺め ～ 折角なので幻豚行っとこうかな～って感じで 幻豚しょうが焼き定食（ 税込１６８０円 ）をお願いしました～☆
感想
〇 幻豚しょうが焼き定食 ～ 脂が旨く甘い幻豚に生姜の装備が換装されて無双の生姜焼きで 孫悟飯じゃ無く ご飯が泡と胃袋に消えてく戦闘力ですね～☆ 肉とバディーを組んでる玉葱も甘くて生姜のタレが絡んでご飯を誘いますね～☆ こちらの定食メニューは「ご飯」「サラダ（キャベツ）」がおかわり無料です～☆（ おかずがご飯泥棒なのでたっぷりおかわりしました（笑） ） そんでそのご飯がなかなか美味しいのでポイント高めです～☆
