過去に前を何度も通りましたが、
気になっててなかなか行けなかったお店。
というか、お昼時はいっつも大混雑してて
停まってる車やお客さんを見ると
怯んじゃって…ついスルーしちゃうんです。
随分と人気店のようですね。
この日は11時10分前くらいの到着。
中に入ってウエィティングリストに
「ヅラ」と書いて待つこと30分弱でご案内でした。
この日頂いたのは
◆ざるそば(十割そば)とろろ付 1,435円
提供は思いの外早めです。
お店のおすすめの頂き方は
まず最初にお蕎麦に塩をパラっとかけて
そのまんま頂いて下さいということで。
なるほど…グルメでもないなおかりにも
十割そばのナチュルな香り、味が伝わります♥
その後はお好みでネギ、山葵などを添えて。
はたまたとろろ汁に入れて召し上がれ。
窓の外は川のせせらぎの音。
自然に囲まれた環境で、とっても美味しい
十割そばを頂いて幸せな気持ちになりました。
