日本酒は横山50、無濾過のきの川という新しいお酒をいただき、お料理は松茸の土瓶蒸し、生からすみ、クジラの盛り合わせハーフ、角煮のジャガイモソース×2、ハトシを頂いて7200円
美味しいから食べすぎてしまった。
松茸の土瓶蒸しは、ハモと鴨肉が入っていて、この脂身が汁に染みて、松茸の香りと合わさって優しい味わいでたまらない。
クジラはさえずりが脂身があって、歯ごたえもあり、日本酒によく合う。
角煮のジャガイモソースはソースが絶品。濃すぎず、薄すぎず、絶妙なソースで角煮に合っています。
生からすみは濃いめですが、日本酒によく合います。
ハトシは初めて食べましたが！パンがふわっとしていて、中身のすり身をいい感じに包み込み、こちらも美味しい。
スタッフの方もフレンドリーにお料理の説明してくれたりして、いいおもてなし。
満足な1日でした。
