I made a reservation for lunch on a public holiday and visited. Time system? I attended the 12 o'clock session. To be honest, it was a disappointing store. The first thing is the slowness of food delivery. Drinks and appetizers (salad, soup, bread) are served All-you-can-eat buffet style, and you order one main dish. As a result, we entered at 12:00 and the main dish came out at 1:00 p.m. (In the meantime, we are reminding you.) In addition to our group, there are many other groups who are also waiting. It's a mystery why we use a time system... Maybe it's a time system to provide smooth service? If All-you-can-eat buffet was extensive, it would be fine... There were only three types of bread, and there was no salad or soup, but it was a good timing, so I had no choice. Other, even though I was bringing a baby, they didn't bring a child's chair, and when I looked around, it was obvious that the order in which people entered the restaurant and the order in which the food was served were inconsistent. (Even though it's the same menu, of course) I think it's not that the staff are rude, but that the system and training system of the restaurant is not very thorough. It seemed like they didn't even know which table the food was being served to. This is also a facility where weddings can be held, so I'm sure many guests will make memorable memories. Isn't the most important thing at a store like this the service? This is a non-urban place in Nagasaki. Although I don't have high hopes, it is along the coast and the scenery is nice. If you are going to have a great storefront in such a good location, I think it would be better to have a minimum level of customer service, quality of service, and self-awareness.
