We had dinner on the terrace on the evening of a day when there was live music and fireworks at Nagasaki Dejima. We had a bottle of sparkling wine to drink. For food, we had chicken with saliva, scallop carpaccio, shumai and Xiaolongbao, stir-fried squid, mapo tofu and fried rice. Everything was well-flavored and delicious. On the day, a sailing ship was anchored in the harbor right in front of us, so the view was great. We were also able to watch the spectacular fireworks from around 8:40 p.m. We were happy to be able to enjoy the festive harbor view and fireworks while enjoying a delicious meal.
