長崎に行く前に、たまたまブログで知ったお店。開店直後の平日に訪問。気さくな店長さん、メニューのこだわりを一人一人の客に説明します。チョコレートパフェとコーヒーを注文。チョコレートパフェは、一番下のアイスが濃厚でおいしかったです。でも、その上のシャーベットは個人的には好きじゃないかも(;^ω^)全部アイスとチョコレートなので、できればもう少し、ザクザクなどの食感の変化が欲しかったです。たぶん、違いの分かる方なら、素材の良さがわかるんだと思います。コーヒーは、まずブラックで飲むように言われました。確かに、こだわっているだけあり、他のしぶいコーヒーとは違いました。出島のすぐ裏にあるので、観光ついでに来るのにも便利です！ごちそうさまでした。
