初訪
出島観光でもしようかとプラプラしていたら、面白そうなカフェを発見。昭和33年創業のパフェとグラタンのお店のようです。2016年に復元された「出島」の南側に在ります。
入店1500、先客4組8名様。バイトが休んだらしく、パフェのみの提供+30分近く待つとのご忠告...
元々は大村市で営業されていたようですが、3年前に此方へ移られたようです。自慢のパフェは473種あるようですが、頂けるのは、7-8種のようです。
頂いたのは、 ※ 税込
① 1100円：いいねパフェ
② 150円：トッピングチョコ
③ 400円：珈琲
着膳迄約40分...頂いた所感は、
① 林檎ジェラート、アイス、葡萄ジェラート、アイスの4段重ね。ブルボンバニラ（バニラの女王らしい...）を使用しているアイスは濃厚で滑らか。ジェラートも素材の風味が活かされてます。
② 3個のチョコのカカオ豆は、エクアドル、カリス、マダガスカル産との拘りよう...これで150円は超が付くCPの良さ。
③ 北海道の珈琲販売店「きゃろっと」焙煎人として数々の受賞歴のある内倉大輔氏の店のマンデリンとコロンビアのブレンドのようです。食べログ：3.6-3.7の珈琲専門店のレベルでしたという事で詳細省略。

なかなかイイお店を発見でした。時間に余裕がある方におススメです。
