出島周辺を歩いていたら「日本のパフェ発祥のお店」というのぼりを見つけたので入店。店主からパフェかランチか聞かれたのでパフェと答えたらパフェのメニュー表を頂きました。店主からパフェの説明をして貰い、いちごヨーグルトジェラード、ワイン用グレープヨーグルトの上にソフトクリームが乗ったいいねパフェとハリウッドセレブ御用達の紅茶を注文。ソフトクリームは甘さ控えめだがコクが半端なく、いちごは果汁の味がダイレクトに伝わり今まで食べた事がない美味しさ、ワイン用グレープはグレープの濃厚さをすっきりした後味に纏めた逸品。また紅茶がメチャメチャ美味しくてジェラードにピッタリ。店主が改良を重ね、更にチャレンジして新たな味を作る姿勢には感服しました。
