This time I visited Tometeba Shianbashi store (^^) It's a chain store and they have a store in Tokyo as well, but it looked delicious and my friend was nostalgic about it, so I immediately ordered beer and sweet potatoes. Cheers with shochu mixed with water! （＾＾）/ The Heartland glass is so cute～～～～♪ It has Tometeba’s handprint logo on it! ! First of all, try the mane sashimi, a specialty of Kumamoto Aso in Kyushu! ! You may know horse sashimi, but horse fat is light and delicious! ! (^^) Since I need to eat some vegetables, I also made a Caesar salad with soft-boiled eggs. It's delicious with the strong seasoning I like♪ This is horse meat too! ! Seared horse meat. It's meat, but horse meat is really refreshing! ! The flavor of the meat spreads throughout your mouth (^^) The soup stock also goes perfectly with the fried chicken. The ginger flavor is also nice (^^) And finally, the shop's specialty. The famous tome chicken wings on the left and the finest sweet chicken wings on the right! ! The sweet and spicy taste is delicious! ! Both are delicious! ! Apparently you can also take it home (^^) And yet another horse meat! ! (lol) Horse tendon ponzu sauce. It was my first time eating horse tendon, but it was delicious and easier to eat than beef tendon (^^) Lastly, to cleanse my palate, I had the smashed cucumber.
