出先のランチタイム、今日こそ長崎名物、ちゃんぽんか皿うどんをとなり、事前に決めたお店へ向かうと定休日。あちゃー！すぐにググり直して近場に発見、そのまま入店。時間も無いしね。
結果オーライ。美味しい皿うどんをいただけた。サービス系はちょっと厳しかったけどね。
おばちゃん、満席で手一杯だから、後から入ってきたお客さんへの対応など、サービスの質が低下してる。もしかしたら、地方の有名店のあるあるかもね。
満席状態だったから、料理も想定以上に時間がかかったが、供されて目の前に現れれば、そんなの関係〜ねえ。
早速いただくと、こってりした餡の下にはパリパリの麺。淡い魚介系の出汁が効いたお味で、期待通りの旨さに、思わず微笑んでしまう。
カラシは付いてないしテーブルにも用意されていないが、代わりにお酢をかけて味変すると、これまた更にサッパリした味わいになり、美味しい一品。黙々と啜って、あっという間に完食。
