I was staying in Nagasaki city and looking for a restaurant, and ended up finding "Hakushika Doza branch". This time we ate here. This restaurant specializes in oden, but first we ordered Saikyo-yaki mackerel, sea bream, deep-fried Mexicali, and homemade hatoshi. Saikyoyaki is delicious because the meat is chewy and soaked up with flavor! The sea bream meat has a good amount of salt and goes well with shochu. The Mexicali fried chicken is crispy, crispy, and delicious. And Nagasaki's specialty, Hatoshi, has a sweet dough and is quite good. The additional oden that I ordered also had an elegant taste, and each one was soaked in dashi stock. The flavors at this restaurant were generally elegant and didn't make my stomach feel heavy. The price is also reasonable, so I'm happy about it. I would like to visit again. It was a feast!
