開業以来５年以上ぶりに訪問いたしました。
以前はサービスの感じが良く、お味もそこそこだったのを覚えております。
でも、近年では食いしん坊仲間では全く話題に上がらないので、どうなっているんだろうと興味があるお店の一つでしたよ。
今回は一番上の６０００円のコースを注文しました。
サービス料は取られないのですが、感じたのは、あまりにも放ったらかしの接客でしたね。
料理が出てくるのも遅いですし。
料理自体は、不可は無く無難に美味しかったし、伊勢エビのパスタなんかは美味しかったです。
ただ、欲を言えば全体的にソースにもっと手間を掛けてほしいのと、盛り付けがあまりに寂しいですね。
まあ若いシェフだったので仕方がないのかなぁとも思いますが。
多分ある程度の事は出来るシェフでしょうから、もっと都会で美味しいものを食べて修行してほしいなぁ。
日本全国のどこででも食べられそうな料理を作るんではなくて、長崎という地で自分らしい料理を出してほしいっす‼
難しいけど、地方のイタリアンでやっていくにはそれが最も必要なことと僕は思いますんで。。
何年後かにまた行ってみたいな。。
