以前から行きたいなぁと思っていたところ、
相方さんが予約してくれたので伺いました。
前菜の盛り合わせ、フォアグラ、パスタ、牛のローストを注文。
前菜は鴨、カルパッチョ、生ハムでした。
鴨は美味、鯛のカルパッチョはソースが甘くて美味しかったです。
全部好きなものばかりで幸せ（＾－＾）
フォアグラのソテーは、今まで全く食べなかったのですが、
この前行った別のお店で美味しさに目覚め注文。
ホントの美味しさの基準はわかりませんが・・・やっぱり美味しいです。
お値段も安く小さいものでしたが、外がカリッとしてイイ感じ。
自家製なのか途中パンが出てきました。フォカッチャ？美味しかったです。
オリーブオイルをつけていただきます。
小さいことですが、このオリーブオイル。テーブルについた時にはすでにお皿に入れてありました。
酸化してしまうのでちょっと残念です。
パスタはウニです。ウニのパスタは珍しくないと思いますが、
ここのウニのパスタは質が良かったです。火を通しても、クリームに負けず生のウニの味がしました。
最後はやっぱりお肉です。
イタリアンで食べる牛肉はそこまで感激するものに出会ったことがないのですが、
こちらのは大満足でした。別々のお皿に盛りつけていただき、お塩とバルサミコのソースでいただきます。
ヒレよりもいちぼみたいな感じです。とても美味しかったです。
落ち着いた雰囲気の店内でワインを飲みながらとても美味しいお食事でした。
今度はランチに伺いたいと思います（＾－＾）
