長崎最後の夜は五島うどんが食べられるお店にしました。夜は長崎名物を肴にお酒も飲めます。対馬の穴子天ぷら、雲仙ハムステーキを食べながら飲みました。穴子は出汁と一緒に食べましたが塩をかけても良いですね。雲仙ハムステーキは此方に来て結構好きなメニューになり適度なジューシーさと塩梅が好きです。締めにネギを盛り沢山にしたネギネギうどんなね甘い牛肉煮をトッピングしました。個人的に五島うどんは天ぷらを乗せない方がダイレクトに美味しさが伝わるので、あっさり系にしましたがネギと牛肉の絡みが良いですね。食感と味変を楽しむため少しだけ天かすを入れて楽しみました。うどんとのセットメニューもあり長崎の食材も楽しめ良かったです、
