平日ランチでの利用。11時から開いてるのは嬉しい。クリアパネルで一席ずつ仕切られたカウンターに着席した。目の前にグラスと冷水が置かれ、その横に消毒用アルコールスプレー。感染対策も万全。安心して利用できる。とり天ざるうどん(750円)を注文。五島うどん独特のツルっとした舌触りとしなやかな歯応えを堪能した。透明感のあるあっさりした出汁と一緒にサッパリいただける。とり天は衣は薄めでサクサクし鶏肉は柔らかジューシー。出汁に潜らせわさびをつけるとこれで一杯飲みたい気分になる。
梅雨の合間の夏日にちょうどいいランチとなった。
