長崎市の入口に「ハンバーグ専門店」がオープンした♪
（４月２５日）
長崎市中里町の国道３４号線沿い、陸運局前に「ハンバーグ専門店」がオープンした。
閉店していた「金四楼」の建物を、新しいお店にリニューアル中だった。
九州産Ａ５級黒毛和牛１００％を使用した「オリジナルハンバーグ」のお店です。
県内の焼肉屋さんが企画したらしい「つばきグリル」さん、頑張って欲しいです。
開店翌日ランチに伺ったが、開店早々の人気で大行列が、その時は断念した。
オープン後そろそろ３週間、ランチのピークの時間帯を避けて再訪する。
人気の様で毎日連続して賑わってました。５月の連休まで続きそうとの事です。
店内の雰囲気も広く明るく、ゆったりテーブル席と小上がりの席がある。
〇「和のハンバーグランチ」（９８０円）
先ずは、皮をむいた湯びきトマトとサラダから運ばれる。味が宜しいです。
メインの熱々鉄板に大根おろしのハンバーグ、ソースはちょい甘口でした。
和風ソースの追加OKで、ご飯の大盛りも自由で，味噌汁付きです。
もたれしなく美味しい。食感もふんわりしてボリュームも有るハンバーグ。
じゃが芋・茄・南瓜・ちょい硬めの(笑)ブロッコリが添えられてます。
ご馳走様でした。今度も又お邪魔したいと思うお店になりました。

ハンバーグが人気の「つばきグリル」さん。
国道34号線沿い、長崎自動車道「長崎多良見インター」の手前付近。
長崎陸運支局入口の交差点の「セブンイレブン」の前です
昨年の夏休み以来、お店には足が遠のいていました。
数回食事したが、何となく味に違和感を感じた時があった。
先日友人に誘われ食べに行き、良い意味で味の違いを知った。
そこで、今回息子家族と5人で、ランチに再訪したのです。
子供連れでしたので、お座敷に案内して貰った。
ランチメニューは、4つのソースの3色ハンバーグです。
「黒（デミ・和風）、赤（トマト）、白（チーズ）」
土鍋に入った熱々ハンバーグ、味噌汁、サラダ、ライス付です。
白いご飯は「小盛り・普通盛り・大盛り」で、大盛りご飯も無料。
スタートは「湯引きトマトと千切り大根」のサラダです。
○「黒のハンバーグランチ」980円
前回が和風ソースだったので、デミグラスソースを選択する。
○「白のハンバーグランチ」1,080円
チーズフォンデュソースです。子供に喜んで貰えた。
熱々ハンバーグをシェアー、ソースで味の違いを味わえました。
次回は、ランクアップして、ディナーにでも訪れたいと思う。
黒毛和牛ハンバーグ、ステーキも美味しそうだった。
