鳥栖にも店舗があるらしいこちらのお店を初訪問。昔ラーメン屋だった店舗は、間取りは大きく変わっていないものの、雰囲気はすっかりハンバーグ屋さんになっている。
メニューを見て、店名が付けられたつばきハンバーグ150gをオーダー。ライスのサイズを細かく聞かれたが、おかわりも出来るらしい。
暫くして鉄板のプレートに載って運ばれてきたハンバーグは、俵状を半分に切って表面のみ焼かれた状態の究極のレアハンバーグ。繋ぎはあまり感じない肉肉しい（笑）タイプだが、レアなのでふんわり柔らかい。ハンバーグ自体は肉本来の味優先であまり味付けされておらず、さっぱりとしたタレで食べても、こだわりの塩で食べても美味しい。ただ、レアなのでペレットに付けて程よく焼くのだが、全体がレア過ぎて、いちいち焼くのがちょっと面倒。ステーキはミディアムレアの自分としては、もう少し深く火を通しておいて欲しい。油を塗ってないためか、肉が焼き付いてしまうのも面倒。ただペレットは冷めたら交換してくれるらしい。
と不平を書いたが、トータルでは満足、美味しくいただきました。ごちそう様でした。
