みんな大好き！ハンバーグ
つい最近別のお店で食べたばかりですが
ハンバーグならば
飽きることを知りません
ずっと気になっていたこちらのお店に入店
２人で行ったので２種類のハンバーグを選びました
まず、バジルソースのサラダが運ばれてきました
酸味が程よく食欲をそそります
トマトは皮が剥かれたものでなかなか甘い
ランチメニューで土鍋ハンバーグの和（税抜９８０円）を選択
おろし大根とカイワレがのっており
醤油ダレをかけていただきました
ナイフやフォークはありません
お願いしたら出してくれるのかな？
箸で切りながら食べ進めます
これはこれでカジュアルな感じでいいと思います
中がふわふわで柔らかいハンバーグ
和らしく（？）
醤油だれはさっぱりした味わいでした
タレを半分直接かけて、残りをつけダレにしていただきました
中盛りにしてもらったご飯が進みすぐに完食です。
ランチメニューのつばきバーグ200g（税抜１２８０円）
こちらはほぼ生のハンバーグを好みの焼き加減になるまで
ジュージューしながら食べます
一口食べたのですが、なかなか肉肉しい
自分が注文したハンバーグとは真逆な味わいだったように思います
柔らかくふわふわが好みなら
土鍋ハンバーグ
肉をしっかり味わいたいなら
つばきバーグ
がいいと思います

生肉を好みに応じてペレットで加熱して食べます
前回は別のメニューにしたのですが
息子が美味いと言うので試してみました
ペレットでどの程度加熱するのがベストなのかよくわかりません
絶妙な火加減のようなものがあるのでしょうねぇ〜
肉肉しさは申し分ないのですが、
長く加熱しすぎると硬くなるし・・・
奥が深く修行が必要な一品のようです笑
