お仕事 in 長崎市。
長崎といえば特段に好きな茶碗蒸し屋さんがあるんですが、あいにくの定休日。
ということでその近くにあるビストロ ボルドーさんに初訪問です。
こちら、長崎名物ともいえるトルコライス発祥のお店として有名。
お店は思案橋電停から徒歩2～3分のアーケード内。
入口は階段を上った2Fになり、お店前の路上にはインフォメーションボード。
平日限定の日替りランチメニューが記されてます。
（見てみるとAランチ（980円、込）はシーフードドリアとなってました。）
階段を上って店内へ。
座席は2人用テーブルの組合せと階下を見下ろせるカウンターが6席ほど。
全部で30席弱ほどですが、別途3Fもあるようです。
訪問時刻は11:30。
4割ほどの混雑ぶり。
店員さんに1人での訪問の旨を伝えると空いてる2人用テーブル席を勧められました。
席に座りさっそくメニューを開きます。
当初はこちらでトルコライスをいただくつもりでしたがなかなかのお値段。
デフォのトルコライスで1,280円、スペシャルならもっと高い。
一方のAランチはサラダとスープがセットで980円。
平日限定ランチのお得感が際立ちます。
ということで、急遽、Aランチに。 (笑)
てっきり、サラダとスープが先かと思ったら、いっぺんに運ばれてきました。
シーフードドリアはエビ、アサリ、粒は小さいけどムール貝など。
魚介の旨味がクリーミーなベシャメルソースにじんわりと溶け込み、ズッキーニやパプリカが洋食感を引き立てます。
これっ、いいね。 (#^^#)
スープが熱々でなかったのがやや残念ですが、味的には（トルコライスを抜きにしても）街の洋食屋さんとしてなかなかのもの。
ドリア、もう少し食べたい・・。
