This is the only motsu nabe restaurant in this area. You can order a hotpot for one person, but before that, I ordered kimchi, edamame, and potato butter, and drank it lightly as a snack. The main dish, the offal hot pot, was made with salty chicken stock and had offal, cabbage, and chives.I added tofu and the soup was so delicious that the two of us easily devoured one serving. I added another serving and this time I added hawk claws to add some spiciness, and the flavor tightened up. I wish garlic was on the menu, but it was delicious.
