It's been a while since I last stayed in Sasebo. When I stayed in Sasebo, I used to drink heavily and climb up the ladder.I stopped drinking though. . . I want to enjoy the atmosphere! I wanted to eat yakitori, so I popped in. First I ordered a non-alcoholic beer. Five skewers and fried garlic! You can eat it anywhere! That's what I thought, but it's been a while since I stopped drinking yakitori. The agreement ceremony will be shown on TV tomorrow, but I'm going to eat garlic the day before! I like that kind of thing~ Burdock kinpira served first! It's delicious ~ Solid seasoning! I have high expectations. The garlic came first ~ I eat it by hojihoji~ It doesn't have much flavor, but it's quite good! Sprinkling salt. . . I would have liked miso if possible. Salt on the garlic~ Yakitori! Green onions, chicken wings, pork belly, fillets (plum meat), young chicken Isn't the charred green onions charming? The young chicken was delicious! The pork belly was seasoned with pepper rather than salt, which was novel! I wonder if I could fry the chicken wings a little more. I don't think they're fully cooked inside.
