島原市城内一丁目、島原城の向かいにあるお店です。
郷土料理である
具雑煮
がメインのお店です。
奥裏には広い駐車場があり、行列ができるほど賑わっています！
具雑煮の由来は、元々は「島原の乱のときの」栄養源で「初代糀谷善衛エ門が味付に趣向をこらして生み出したのが」始まりのようです(店内のメニュー表より一部抜粋)。
何百年もの歴史がある具雑煮、いただきます！！
具雑煮・並(1200円)
鶏肉、うなぎ、ごぼう、蓮根 高野豆腐、かまぼこなどなど、「具」雑煮と言うだけあり、お餅の上から下からもうわんさか「具」が出てきます(´艸｀)
そして、メインのお餅もたくさん入っています！テンションがあがる量ですo(*≧∀≦*)o柔らか〜い！！
出汁は、ちょっと濃いめですが、後味は優しいし、干し椎茸などの旨味が溶け出していて味に深みがあります！美味しいです！！
具雑煮以外では、丼(550〜800円)、お子様、幕の内などの各定食(900〜1940円)があります。
支払いは現金のみです。
営業時間：11時〜19時
