島原の乱のときに、一揆軍の総大将、天草四郎が籠城の際に、もちを兵糧として様々な具材を煮込んだ雑煮がはじまりと伝えられているそうです。
出汁と野菜や餅が入っており、胃に優しい雑煮でした。
お昼時で混んでいますが、回転が早い。
