普段の食事はもちろん、近くのお寺で法要後の会食や仕出しにも利用できるお店です。
蒸し寿司が有名ですが、わたしのお勧めは海老フライと茶碗蒸し！
茶碗蒸しはお出汁が効いてて、プルふわな食感が絶妙です。ほんとに美味しくて大好きなので、毎回頼みます。
海老フライは、海老がとっても甘くて旨みが凝縮してます。冷凍のような厚い衣ではなく、家庭で小麦粉パン粉をつけたような薄めの衣。
カリッサクッと揚がっているところがプロの技です。
海老フライと茶碗蒸し、両方食べたいけどセットだと食べきれなくて毎回悩むのですが、単品で注文という解決策を見つけました。
冬場は牡蠣フライが絶品です。
島原で一番美味しいのではないかと思っています。
