笑店がまだすステーキ定食1500円
とりあえず
肉さえ喰っときゃ
なんとかなる
…と思ってます
っていうか信じたい
なかなか噛み応えのある肉で
顎も鍛えられます
筋切りしてないからか
なかなかの筋っぽさがありました
赤ワインを隠し味でかけて焼いてあるのだと
思いますが
フランベしきれてないからか
風味が強く残って少し残念でした
弱った胃腸と顎に
300gはキツかったです
ギリギリの完食でした
ごちそうさまでした
