姫松屋の具雑煮を食べた後に
こちらも島原名物｢かんざらし｣を食べに銀水へ
すぐ隣に日本の名水百選に選ばれている
｢浜の川湧水｣がある
一軒家の可愛いお店
かんざらしって何？！と思ったけど
小粒な白玉だんご的なものに
甘い黒蜜のようなシロップをかけたものとのことで
かんざらしに長崎のスイーツと
ドリンクがセットになった
銀水セットをいただきました
スイーツは島原駄菓子とカステラを頼んで半分こ、
ドリンクはコーヒーと、抹茶と悩んだけど
せっかくなので島原和紅茶を☕️
思ったよりシロップが甘かったけど
その甘さが素朴な感じで美味しかった
お席はお外が見える窓際のお席を用意していただきました。
お店の雰囲気も良くて、かつ店員さんも優しくて☺️
帰りにお土産として買って帰ってしまった
接客って大事よね✨笑
