★2015年10月初回訪問（3.3点）
妻がオススメしていた、小じんまりとした居酒屋「三平」に、訪問しました。
鰻の老舗「福田屋」の裏口の通りにあります。
店舗の脇には数台分の駐車場もあり。
店内はカウンター席メインで、奥に小上がりの座敷席（座卓2卓程）もありました。
今回はカウンター席に着きました。
店員さんは3人。
ご主人と、その息子さん夫婦、といった間柄のように見受けました。
割烹着姿の女性は、店の雰囲気を演出しています。
紙のメニュー表を見ながら、オーダー。
このお店、裏メニューが隠れされているそうなのですが、箸入れや調味料の底などを探しても、見つけられませんでした。
「かしら生」（380円）と「子袋生」（380円）の文字が気になり、店主にどんな料理なのか尋ねます。
が、「生と言っても、火を通していない訳ではなく…」と、全く見当違いな回答を長々と述べられ、最初からテンションダウン…。
俺、別に保健所の職員じゃないんだから…。
結局、豚のホホ肉と子宮だったようです。
どちらも美味しかったです。
見た目から想像できる「かしら生」も美味しいですけど、「子袋生」の酢味噌と唐辛子で頂く、コリコリとした食感が良かったです。
その店主が薦める「煮込み」（380円）は、こちらの看板メニューらしく、待たなくて食べられる品なのだとか。
モツも入っていますが、コンニャクや根菜・豆腐も入った、味噌煮込みでした。
「山芋たんざく」（380円）は、そのまんま山芋を短冊切りにした品です。
ワサビが付いて、海苔がトッピングされています。
ドリンクは、最初は「生ビール」（500円）を飲んでいましたが、最後は伊佐錦という「黒じょか（二合）」（500円）にしました。
黒じょかで飲めるというのが良かったです。
勿論、拘って数日前から焼酎を水と割っているのだと思いますよ。
正直、酒類は品数豊富という訳ではないお店です。
アルコールメニューはちょっと弱いと感じました。
店内はほぼ満席で賑わっています。
小上がり席は、子連れのグループ客が夕食がてら飲みに来られていたようで、賑やかというか騒々しい感じもありました。
ちょっとクセのある店主さんで、合う合わないがあるかと思います。
合わなかった俺は、早々に次のお店に行くことにしました。
