Goods from the sea and from the mountains
This restaurant uses a lot of ingredients from Kyushu and offers a variety of delicious dishes. The Unzen Ham is made from pork tenderloin and is very juicy and tasty. The Horse Sashimi is a light red part. Other, Mentai Tamagoyaki, Chicken Tataki, Eel Stick Sushi, etc. All the dishes were delicious! We had a great conversation with the customers and stayed there for about 4 hours!

I stopped by with a customer in the evening. We ordered a la carte again today. This was my second visit, and I was very satisfied just like the last time. Start with fresh sashimi, horse liver sashimi, Unzen ham cutlet, eel rolls, eel stick sushi, etc. We were able to enjoy the delicious ingredients of Kyushu to the fullest. Thank you for the meal.
